Welcome to Zodiac Aura (the "Service"), operated by [Company Name] ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Service, submitting your email, generating a free aura card, or purchasing a premium reading, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

The Service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. By using Zodiac Aura you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. What Zodiac Aura is — and isn't

Zodiac Aura provides AI-generated zodiac cards, aura readings, and premium cosmic reports for entertainment and self-reflection only. Readings are not, and must not be relied upon as, professional medical, psychological, financial, legal, relationship, or career advice. Always consult a qualified professional for matters of importance.

3. Free vs. premium features

• Free: daily aura cards and mini readings.
• Premium: a one-time, in-depth personal report (cosmic blueprint, love/career/money/health, 7-day and monthly forecast, lucky elements, personal mantra). Premium reports are generated on demand and delivered through your card link and by email.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. By purchasing a premium reading you authorise the listed charge in the currency shown at checkout.

5. Refunds

Because each premium reading is a personalised digital product generated on demand, all sales are final once the reading has been generated. See our Refund Policy for the limited cases where a refund is available (e.g. failed generation or duplicate charge).

6. Email and marketing consent

When you submit your email — anywhere on the Service, including the free aura card form, exit-intent prompts, and checkout — you agree to these Terms and to receive emails from Zodiac Aura, including:

• Your card, reading, and receipts (transactional);
• Occasional horoscopes, tips, product updates and promotional offers (marketing).

You can opt out of marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by emailing support@zodiacaura.fun. Transactional emails (your reading, payment receipts) will continue while your account or order is active.

7. User content (selfies, names, birth data)

To use the Service you may provide a selfie, your name, birth date, birth time, birth city, and a focus area. You confirm you have the right to share this content. By submitting it you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use this content solely to generate, store and deliver your reading, and to operate and improve the Service.

We do not sell your selfie, and we do not license your selfie to third parties for their own AI training. AI providers we use process the image only to return the aura reading.

8. AI-generated content

Readings, forecasts and aura interpretations are produced by AI models and may contain inaccuracies. They are general entertainment outputs and not statements of fact about you or any other person.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload images of anyone without their consent, or images of minors;
• Use the Service for harassment, defamation, or unlawful purposes;
• Scrape, resell, or republish readings, code, or designs;
• Attempt to bypass payment, abuse promotional codes, or interfere with the Service.

10. Intellectual property

All Service branding, text, designs, prompts, and code are owned by [Company Name] or its licensors. You may keep and personally enjoy your own reading; commercial republication requires our written permission.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
