Refund Policy

Please read this carefully before purchasing. By completing a purchase on Zodiac Aura you confirm that you understand and accept this policy.
1. All sales are final — no refunds
Zodiac Aura is a digital entertainment product intended for fun, novelty and self-reflection. Each premium reading is a personalised digital file generated on demand by AI using the details you provide, and is delivered to you immediately.
For these reasons, all purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges, including (but not limited to):
- You changed your mind after buying;
- You did not enjoy or agree with the content of the reading;
- You feel the reading was inaccurate, generic, or not what you expected;
- You entered incorrect birth details, name, photo or other inputs;
- You bought by accident or someone else used your device;
- You no longer want the product after it was generated.
Zodiac Aura is sold strictly for entertainment purposes. It is not advice — medical, psychological, financial, legal or otherwise — and dissatisfaction with the entertainment value is not a basis for a refund.
2. Free aura cards
Daily aura cards and mini readings are free. There is nothing to refund.
3. Consent to immediate delivery (EU/UK buyers)
By purchasing a premium reading you expressly request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose any right of withdrawal once delivery has begun, as permitted for personalised digital content supplied immediately with the consumer's prior consent (e.g. Article 16 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent UK rules).
4. The only exceptions
We will review a refund only in these narrow cases:
- Technical failure on our side — you were charged but no reading was ever delivered and we are unable to deliver it.
- Duplicate charge — you were billed more than once for the same reading.
- Unauthorised charge — the payment was made without the cardholder's consent.
- Mandatory local law — a non-waivable consumer right in your country requires a refund.
Email support@zodiacaura.fun within 14 days of the charge with the email used at checkout, the date of the charge, and a short description of the issue. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback — we can usually resolve legitimate issues faster than your bank can. Chargebacks filed in bad faith (for example, after receiving and using a reading) may result in your access being blocked.
